core configuration

Hydraulic automatic compression+automatic plate unloading, secondary pressing and dehydration of diaphragm filter plate, lower moisture content of mud cake; The original complete set of electrical control cabinet and hydraulic system are complete, with a high degree of automation and saving labor.

Equipment operating conditions

The original factory machine has no welding modification, the frame has no deformation, and the hydraulic and pull plate mechanisms operate smoothly; Only the appearance of slight floating dust and rust is stored outdoors, without structural corrosion. It can be put into production by replacing the filter cloth with a new one and performing simple maintenance.

Applicable scenarios

For small-scale sand washing mud dewatering, factory sewage treatment plants, small-scale chemical sludge pressure filtration, tailings dry discharge, food processing solid-liquid separation, etc., the dewatering efficiency of diaphragm models is better than that of ordinary box filter presses.
